Hey Ya'll,
I am happy to report that I went to spin this morning and had no ankjle pain, and most all of the swelling is gone!!!! So, I did a 1 hour spin class. WHAT DID YOU DO TODAY??? There is a 5 mile trail run by the house this weekend and I may have to do it!!!
