did a group ride in GA today until i got lost after the split (i was taking the 35 mile route on my own after 18 with everybody), hilly and a leg burner, but good.  18+MPH av.

then a 10 min brick after the ride (1.35 miles). now that was a painful brick :)
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

right now.  somewhere.  somebody is working harder than you.

Swam an hour (1.39 miles) in the AM and then went on a bike ride (90 min, 20 miles) in the afternoon. Then I had a deep tissue massage. Ahhhhh.
