1600 meters in the pool (main set was speed intervals)
60 min weights (shoulders/back/bi)
30 min running on TM some speed intervals (3.9 miles)
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

Ended up taking last night off, so tonight I'll do P90X arms and shoulders and ab ripper X--the incentive will be finish workout--then have ****tail on back patio while grilling steak!!

Lap Band on 11/17/09 with
 6 mile run on my favorite trail pushing my 2 1/2 year old.  I forgot just how hard that can be its the first time this spring that I have had to bring her along, she really enjoyed the beautiful morning.

Best workout in a while. 40 minutes of weights - arms

Went back and forth with bi/tri lifts with 0 rest time .... I almost blew chunks 3 times

This one counts as a cardio session as well ... my heartrate stayed up like I was sprinting the whole time.
    No longer about weight , it's all about living.

Weights -45 minutes. Per Nate, did my weights first, then cardio

Am pleased to say that I've increased most of my weights from 7.5lb to 10lb.

5 mile tempo run in the heat of day (93 degrees),also made sure to run where there was no shade. Was dehydrated so to compensate drank too much before the run and felt like it was going to come back up, but it didn't.Need to work on the hydrating for training so I will be good for Muncie and Louisville.
