Favorite iPhone apps for running, lifting

I am almost "done" with my couch to 5K app, and am looking for something that I can use going forward, to track my running.  Ideally, I'd like it to integrate with gps on my iphone, so that it will track my distance and speed each day.

I also want to start lifting weights.  Does anyone know of a good app that will track the weight lifting machines I use and free weight excercises that I do, with minimal setup on my part?  Ideally, I'd like it to hold a list of my "favorite" ones, along with my target and completed number of sets and reps, and target and actual weight used.  It would be cool if I could start my weightlifting day by just pulling up my routine, then filling in the blanks for each thing that I do :)

Thanks!

I have the Nike + GPS app on my iphone. I don't have any complaints. It tracks distance (with gps) and speed/pace, saves each workout, saves a list of records (for longest/furthest/fastest runs). It will give you an estimate of calories burned (if you enter height/weight) It will show you your route when you're done with your pace throughout and lets you upload to FB and other things like that if you want.

It's pretty user friendly - just get started and go.
