 4 mile run this morning and a 5k tonight with the kiddo.  What are you doing this weekend???  I know some of you are racing somewhere!

Lots of 5K's, 10K's., 4 1/2 Marathons, 3 Sprint Triathlon done. 2 Olympics and my  First IRONMAN 70.3 September 2013 and First Full Marathon Dec 2013  !!!!!

4 mile run, 45 minutes. Im psyched because Im averaging an 11:15 minute mile now. My next 5k is 6/23 and my goal is to finish under 35. Today I finished 5k distance at 35:20 so Im close!

I have a new PR for 5k!! Even with the rain (wet shoes and pants are miserable) I managed an unofficial 38:49.... down from my last 5k of 42:14! WOOT!

90 minute free weight / ab- upper workout at the gym, followed by a 26 minute 3 miler around the block- feels great!!

put in a 75 min spin on the bike trainer this afternoon.  switched it up a little, moved the trainer to my driveway so i could watch my kids play in the pool/sprinkler in the front yard while i worked out.
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

right now.  somewhere.  somebody is working harder than you.

 That's a fabulous idea.  I wish my elliptical wasn't a gym size one (it weighs over 300 lbs!), so I could do the same.
