Saturday workouts

45 miles...drizzly and cold.  Feel good, though, after my big ride last weekend.  Seems like a quick recovery!

Ran 4.2 miles at 9min/mile pace but felt like crud b/c of insomnia caused by work stress. Oh well, tomorrow's the 10k so it can be a new day and a new run!

Following training for another 1/2 Marathon...did 3 miles at 9 min/mile clip. Nice run, felt loose and relaxed

after a total, unquestionable rest day on Friday,  I did a slow 2 miles  of hills on the TM
