Friday morning I went to my 6am Spinnerval class - it was a butt kicker!

Noon "Tone Zone" - Tobata stations

and then Zumba to loosen some very tight, sore muscles!

Friday was a rest day (as in, no exercise because I was too busy with work & packing for the weekend!)

Saturday I ran 5 miles as a solo run on the beach in Ocean City - - dude, running on the beach is HARD!

Sunday I swam for 45 min in a indoor hotel pool and realized it might not be unreasonable to do tri's, but I'd need a LOT of training in the swimming/biking part!
