My Trek 7.3...It the closest thing to an idol that I have.  It gives me my freedom and away time.  I use a larger seat than the ones shown.  I also had the handlebars raised higher (bad back).  Put a kick stand on mine also.  In the video it's the black one with green trim.  Let's ride!!  Brian

The gym is not the start of losing weight. It's your eating habits. Look at what you eat everyday and see how many calories you are taking in . Also SPECIAL K ? I see someone is watching to many commercials. I lost almost 80 pounds with sensible eating and moderate exercise.
Here are a few things you can try...

1- Always eat a healthy breakfast. It starts your metabolism going for the rest of the day to burn your calories.

2- Buy a step counter to check how much you walk on a daily basis. ( If you want to lose weight CARDIO is the best, Dancing classes , aerobic classes ) . These are fun and you will stick to it . If possible try swimming laps 3 times a week as well .

3.. YES and drink lots of water.. Give up any sodas you are drinking.

4.. Always treat yourself on a Sunday and remember when you feel WEAK and want to give up make sure you have a FRIEND you can call to give you encouragement that doesnt mind if you call them at 7 am in the morning or 12 pm at night.

5 PATIENCE.. losing weight is much harder than gaining it. But trust me .. 6 months is not a long time and you can 60 pounds lighter if you stick to it .. GOOD LUCK !!!
