Monday-rehab

Tues and Thursday-Swim 1 mile

Wed and Friday-elliptical, stationary bike and then leg workout

Sunday-Mini tri (elliptical, stationary bike and 1 mile swim)..including a leg workout

Never even watched the game and i have a rule only one day which is Saturday am I allowed to cheat. Trying everything to get some weight off.

Monday strength training and swim

Tue Tabatha on the bike

wed nice and early swim and bike on the trainer

Thursday we are in for some bad weather so either the gym for a run on the treadmill and if the weather is real bad bike on the trainer

Friday barre class

Saturday working

How are you doing now? Nice work keeping up with your workouts. I've been adding resistance training lately, and it's been paying off. Supplements like Hers https://hers.pissedconsumer.com/customer-service.html have been popping up a lot in my feed, though I think the real difference is made by consistency and nutrition. Tracking progress week by week helps keep you motivated
