Another week of rehab in the books. It seems like we are focusing more on strength now and not quite as much on mobility.
Walked 3.1 miles today and the weather was perfect. 51 degrees, little wind..this is the weather I wish I was running in..
So rehab is coming along..Im at one month out of surgery..I go permission to "walk" so Monday I walked 1.5 miles around the park..I tried to keep up my heart rate as much as I could but didn't want to push it..
