Another week of rehab in the books. Still have a "twinge" when I get into the car (left leg). I did start walking last week, going to do that more this week. She actually had me on the elliptical today for 5 minutes.

So rehab is coming along..Im at one month out of surgery..I go permission to "walk" so Monday I walked 1.5 miles around the park..I tried to keep up my heart rate as much as I could but didn't want to push it..

Hey everyone, Im having hip surgery Monday. They wanted to put me on Celebrex and also Aspirin for blood clots. Both of those are a no go. Im waiting for my Bariatric nurse to call me back and suggest alternatives.

So, the Hlf went about as I expected..the course, according to my Strava, was longer than 13.1..so my time was off..I was really hoping for a Sub 2...but....however, I did place 3rd in my age group..
