You are suppose to stop taking it at 12 weeks right? I forgot to ask the Dr at my last appointment and she didn't say. I'm so scared to stop it. I guess it's been a bit of a security blanket for me. When did you all stop using it?

I was told I could stop at 12 weeks. But I continued to take it until I had finished up the bottle I had....i think it was around 14-15 weeks.

With the twins it was until 12 weeks. With Maryn, they had me stop it at 10 weeks if I remember correctly.

Just finish out the script you have and you should be fine. The placenta takes over at this point.

For my last 3 pregnancies, I have used it until the end of the 13th week. I am 11 wk and 4 days now and plan to use it for the next week and a half.

My doc told me to stop at 12 weeks but I didn't. I was too scared so I just cut the dosage in half and kept taking it until I ran out.

I stopped at like 11 weeks 4 days. I didn't finish out what I had cause I hated the stuff. ICK!

My RE said to stop at 10 weeks. My OB said to not stop until I saw my high risk OB. I saw high risk OB at 12 weeks and 2 days and she stop that day. I understand your fear but the placenta takes over at 8 1/2 weeks and RE said they overlap a week to make sure everything is good to go. High risk OB said same
thing. I was scared!!

You will feel 90% better once you are off the progesterone. The pills magnified everything times 100 for me!
