You're doing great!  I wish I could say the same....I just have to keep in mind this is temporary, and the weight will come off soon

I delivered 6 weeks early a 5lb 15oz lil boy:)  After spending 2 months on bed rest in the hospital and Mason spending 11 days in the NICU, we're both home and doing great!  Mason is getting bigger and gaining weight like he should.  Now it's my turn to lose this weight!  It's tough to get back on the band wagon...I CAN do this!

Hi,
I think you are doing fine.  I haven't been on here in months so I should introduce myself, my name is Bambi.  I have had a baby pre-op and 2 post op.  My first I gained 65 pounds, my second I was 10 months out of surgery and I gained 45, lost 35 within a week of having my daughter, I didn't try very hard to lose the extra 10 pounds.  With my last I gained 35 or 40 with him and lost it all within a week of having him.  My son is now 6 months old and I have kept it off.
I am not anywhere near my goal weight since I hadn't lost the 10 pounds and the summer before I got pregnant I had gained 20 pounds from poor eating choices.  I am almost 6 years out of surgery though.  My goal for this year is to lose the extra weight and get back into shape.
Good luck and congrats on your baby!

Bambi
