Beta ?

I got beta rsults back and they are

From Tuesday: 8432
Thursday (about 46 hours later):  11813

I am about 5 weeks.  According to my last period I should of been 7 weeks and they only saw the sac that measured 5 weeks on the ultrasound on Tuesday.  The doc wanted beta numbers to make sure it was going up.  I thought I was 6 weeks they thought I was 7.  The ultrasound and numbers put me at 5-6 weeks.  The numbers did not double but I read somewhere that after 6000 that numbers only double after over 96 hours.  I found an online calculator and according to these 2 numbers my doubling time would be 94 hours.  I think that sounds really good but she is still talking about a blighted ovum, I am soooo scared/ nervous.  I go back Tuesday for an ultrasound.  I have no spotting and just some mild on and off cramping.  This is gonna be a LONG weekend!

I don't know anything about the numbers but I just wanted to tell you that I have my fingers crossed for you!!  Hopefully when you go on Tuesday you will see more.  Sticky Baby Dust to You!!!!

I don't know about the numbers except it is good they are going up. Just wanna wish you well and try not to stress. Don't obsess so much on the weeks pregnant just yet. It can be off based on your Oing later than expected.

Good luck! I've been in your shoes and I know that it is not a fun wait.  My doctor did not like the levels of my hormones and thought I had a blighted ovum... she is now 2.  I hope you have a positive outcome!

Thank you so much! My doctor is concerned about a blighted ovum because I was only measuring 5 weeks when I "should of" been 7.  I am trying to not stress and just enjoy the weekend.  Tuesday can not come fast enough (unless if I get bad news! he he).
