So i was wondering if i can still keep taking my flinstones or if i should switch the the prenatal ones. My friend took flinstones for her pregnancy because of not being able to handle the prenatal that was given to her.

Most women switch to or add a Prenatal vitamin.  Some actually stay on their original mutlivitamin.  At your 1st appt with your OB, you should discuss that with her/him and have them make the call for you.  My personal recommendation is to switch to a good prenatal and add folic as well.

I still take my two flinstones (target brand to be exact) daily.  Two of those actually has more of things like iron and folic acid than the prenatals I took for my first pregnancy.  They also have the same amount or more of all the other vites too.  Both my OB and my surgeon were fine with this.  I also take calcium and vitamin D.
