Trip to L&D triage

So last night I had to go Into L&D triage for taking a blow to the stomach... Long story short, they would not allow me to eat anything! Just a clear liquid diet
For 24 hours. Now I am home and I can't eat nearly as much food as I could before! My restriction was horrible before the trip to the hospital yesterday, but now a couple bites and it is coming back up! Anyone have this issue?

Stress, I remember just a bit of stress would irritate my stomach and I would be tight. Try liquids (I prefer Keifer) for 24 hours then slowly add food...
