Topic: RE: Really early pregnancy symptoms..anyone have them?

Period started Saturday. Plan now is to increase the dose of clomid to 150mg daily and I have been on 0.25mg daily of dexamethasone since mid april so the doctor thinks that might help. If the follicle is big enough this round, I will do IUI again, but if it is small I don't think I will spend the money to have it done because at $275 each IUI plus the cost of the meds $30 for clomid and estrodyl, and $80 for the HCG injection, $125 for the ultrasound, and $30 for each office visit, the cost really mounts up. Anyway, I am staying positive and hoping for better luck this time :)

Have a great day girls :)

Congrats!!! No time was wasted was it lol. How wil this effect your weigh loss and your end goal being pregnant
So soon especially since you got pregnant with your little prince so soon after surgery? Again that's me asking out of curiousity and nothing else.

Thank you all! I know I'll feel a lot better once I get to see my doctor, too!

Topic: RE: Pregnant and have to do 3 hour glucose test

i passed the first trimester one-hour tests fine early on in my pregnancy. when it came time for the last one in my third trimester, that's the one that came back elevated. i have a bad history with the three hour test causing migraines and making me sick to my stomach for a week. it's too much sugar in one sitting. i don't know what causes it i just know it makes me nauseous. as an aside, i asked what the upshot was if i failed that one, i was told, a glucometer and sticking my fingers four times a day to measure my blood sugar and having to walk my food intake even closer until i gave birth. i opted for the glucomter. they said if my sugars came back normal they'd cut it down to every a few days, but so far it's been having a pain in the rear for the evening meal.

If I wouldn't have had the sleeve I probably would have eaten my way back to pre-vsg weight! THe only problem I had was that I had GD and I had a hard time eating all the food they wanted me too. Other than that no problems! Congratulations!
