Yes I did. I starting "trying" at 6 month post op and it took 1 year to become pregnant. I had PCOS prior and irregular cycles. While my cycles regulated it still took months of charting OPK's and I had a loss at 8 weeks in July. Finally I broke down and bought the ova cue fertility monitor. 2nd month after that nailed it with a positive pregnancy test. Now 12 weeks and cant wait until july.
I'm 7 weeks pregnant (five weeks of gestation). I thought that I had actually gained 2 pounds by week 6, but then I realized that I was really constipated, which is very typical in pregnancy. Apparently, your GI track slows down so that your body can absorb more nutrients. I realized this through several days of stool that was so difficult to pass that it created a small fistula/ tear that would bleed with BM's.
Now that I'm more regular through more water, miralax, and senna, I have actually discovered that I'm down 0.3 pounds, which is probably just in the normal weight fluctuation range anyway.

First Pregnancy, Due 8/12/14 I LOVE MY DS!!!
I have been given the go-ahead to try to get pregnant by my dr, my surgeron, my dietician, and my nurse (I know that I am less than a year out, but I have other health issues that are causing me to need a quick pregnancy).
We've been trying "officially" for about three months with no luck. I thought the general conclusion was that after surgery you are insanely fertile and can basically look at sperm and get pregnant?? I just had another negative pregnancy test this morning. Was hoping for a Christmas miracle.
So, my question is, are there any of you that have had issues or are currently having issues getting pregnant after surgery?
I have been tested for pcos in the past, and I don't have that. I do/did have thickened endometrial lining which caused precancerous cells in my uterous. i have been biopsied every 3-6 months and no more pre cancerous cells. I'm not on hormones anymore (or any drugs, just my vitamins).
Help?!?!

If you're experiencing morning sickness, my advice is to do/eat whatever makes it manageable. As for when and how you'll gain weight, there is just no way to predict. Every person, and every pregnancy are so different. I'm on my third pregnancy and no two have been alike as far as when I gained weight. With my first, I didn't gain any until 24 weeks and then gained about a pound a week for a total of around 20 lbs. With my second, I started gaining right away, but then it tapered off and I only gained 18. With this one, I'm 27 weeks and I've already gained around 20, but it bounces up and down a lot. Nutritionally, I was not strict with any of the three, so who knows what is responsible for the differences. Either way, you'll be fine. You're probably super bloated and uncomfortable right now, normal. Yes, it is scary to watch the scale go up, but rest assured, that is scary for all women, not just us WLS folks! Good luck, and congratulations!
I am almost 3 years out from Rny. I am currently 5 weeks pregnant and freaking out. Freaking out in a happy way and also because I am deathly afraid of gaining weight beyond my control again. I do not want to end up how i was before. I already feel myself eating more and getting off track. I find that I am more hungry than normal and not satisfied eating an apple- the carbs make me feel better with naseau etc. I have already gained 1.6pounds in 5 weeks....could it just be bloating? because I feel extremley uncomfortable as well. Please let me know your weight gain pattern...is it normal to gain this early out?
thanks so much
