I am not from Crandall, but my husband and his whole family is. They used to live in Warsaw. A few still do and others in Crandall or nearby towns. My husband graduated from there in 87. His brother probably in 91 or 92.

Don't make yourself sound old lol. I graduated in 90. Way before you LOL.

I am 5'3 and my doctor set my initial goal at 135. After i reach that goal I would like to get to about 10-15 lbs lighter, Healthy BMI for 5'3 is 18%-25 I believe. A healthy weight would be around 115-145 160 would be a BMI of 28 . 30 is considered obese. 145 seems pretty realistic to start with. After you have your surgery you will be losing weight at a very rapid rate and it wont seem so far fetched to you. Im only 7 days post op and ive lost 15lbs already,35 since I started my options classes. Dont let fear of the unfamiliar sabatoge your success. Just brace yourself and enjoy the ride :-)
