I hate to tell you but I started having throat burning when I developed allergies to dairy. Specially whey, yogurt, milk cream, etc. And soy...

Now when I cheat and eat something like that **** cream last 2 days ) this morning my throat and esophagus are burning up. Not only i have to take 2 allergies pills, but also zantac. Fyi: Zantac is actually histamine blocker - different type of histamine than allegra or other allergy pills. It helps with the throat burning and losing voice.

Ugh, ignore me clicking "like" on your comment. I do not LIKE that you have allergies to dairy...

I also sincerely hope that I don't have a dairy issue. I love dairy. Like, LOVE. So I suppose I will keep tracking how I feel with a daily Claritin and my nightly pill and my nasal spray...ughhhhhh if these pills don't help me and I have to go dairy-free, I will legit cry :(
