Many niche businesses struggle because potential customers simply can't find them online. This is one of the key reasons why digital marketing services are in such high demand. For marketing agencies looking to help these types of businesses, offering specialized expertise can be a challenge to develop in-house. That's one reason why the private label seo model has become so popular. It allows agencies to immediately provide expert-level SEO services under their own brand, helping clients like specialty retailers improve their online visibility, attract more customers, and build a more resilient business model, potentially avoiding the fate of going out of business due to lack of reach.

Happy belated birthday Jennifer! Glad you had a great day and weekend.

i go to get my sutures out this afternoon. All my incisions are pretty angry. One has a little puss pocket so i?m likely facing antibiotics. It doesn?t really feel all that great and it?s going to hurt like hell to get them out as they are all pretty much scabbed over where they are going in.

this week is going to be busy until Thursday. I get my b12 and a follow up tomorrow and first PT Wednesday.

QOTD: nothing much planned. I am going to give weigh****chers a try when I get paid. Going with one of the programs for folks who take GLP-1s. So I am joining Thursday. Lots to read and learn. Need to get a small grocery list together. Will likely sleep the new year in, lol

B: egg pita and coffee

L: not sure as we?ll be on the road to Lubbock.

D: ????

Happy Monday gang!!! What a fabulous Christmas and weekend. For my birthday yesterday we went to Hmart in MA a huge Asian market. It was an hour away, but so worth it. Their fresh seafood was out of this world stuff I've never seen in a regular market. I got a hot pot and table top burner to use with it.

The weather is crappy here, but I'm not working until Friday so I'll do some inside stuff.

QOTD: What are your plans for the up coming holiday? We are planning on staying home and watching movie. I'll be making some sirloin steaks and potentially other Korean dishes.

B: coffee and protein shake

L: left over hot pot

D: Not sure I have all sorts of stuff to choose from

Last night dinner.

Happy Wednesday and Christmas Eve Gang!!! I'm getting out of work at 12:30 and don't have to go bac****il next year woo hoo. I have to take a quick run to Home Depot to get paint and then finish up a few things. The Y is closing early today and closed tomorrow so we won't be heading there. I have to find out if I need to get some things for a fruit basket to bring to Irvin's son's house tomorrow.

B: coffee and 2 eggs bites

L: leftover chicken thigh

D: Not 100% sure, but I'm thinking some sort of seafood.

Have a Merry Christmas everyone and stay safe!!

I really am my own worst enemy. Stubborn to a fault. My mom is pretty good if I let her be. I hate depending on others as much as I do already so my stubbornness got me in the butt...or shoulder in this case.

For Christmas we're doing a lot of little foods so it should be pretty easy on my mom and me. The hardest thing will be deviled eggs and hot sandwiches. Cutting the p stuff which my mom will do. I like helping but I can't let myself.

good on you for doing TNR! Hope you can get it done soon too!

as for the out-laws(I like that!) to make your own granddaughter cry is a special kind of witch.

Merry Christmas!

Good mornin y'all.

not much happening today. I have an appointment with the pain clinic today so that's about it. The two youngest are spending the night so Rachel can go watch five nights at Freddy's at the movie theater. Wasn't expecting that but eh.

Pain yesterday was awful. The skin on my shoulder is so tight feeling fron the incisions. One is about 4 or 5 inches long and right on top. No bras any time soon! I am going to wear my sling until Monday. It saves me from myself. From overdoing it. I hate it so so much but I need to do what's right. Where they removed the part of the clavicle is so freakin sore. Bone pain is always the worst at first. Then the muscles take a bit longer to heal up. Soft tissue injuries can suck so bad.

It's supposed to be 79° on Christmas. Booooooooo!

QOTD: we don't play regularly but we'll be buying a couple today or tomorrow.

food is freaking crazy. I need to get my give a **** back.

Good Tuesday Morning Gang!! This is going to be quick because I have to run to Home Depot for work and it's started to snow.

We still don't have the furnace working, but the portable heater we have is keeping the house at 69 degrees. One advantage to a ranch house that was once heated by electric. The place is so insulated that it does keep the heat in well. I got all the presents wrapped and I'm waiting to hear from Irvin's son as to what he wants me to bring for dinner.

QOTD: Do play Powerball when the prize gets crazy high? I have one set of numbers I've been playing for years, but with it being 1.7billion dollars we have been doing a pool at work for the last two weeks. We figure someone has to win why not us.

B: coffee and protein shake

L: La Stella's pizza

D: baked chicken thighs.

Weather permitting we will be going to the Y tonight.

Have a great day everyone!!!

No more naughtiness with your arm, Lady!!! I know nobody will step in to help you but please don't overdo it, we all want you to heal well. Hugs!

Such cute pics! I want that Mrs. Claus outfit...how adorable.

Our new ginger feral has a community twin and I think they had a fight a day ago because there were lots of fine tufts of ginger hair around the patio. Yikes. I'm trying to light a fire under hubby to go rent a trap so we can get him TNR'd before the breeding season kicks off in January. So much better to do it now than when all the snow arrives.

So sorry to hear about that Out-law as my mom used to call them. What a nasty piece of work to make someone else cry. Hang in there, this week will be over with eventually.

Wow, so sorry about your power troubles! Hope you can get that motherboard replaced quickly. And I hope you don't have to wait too long to see your wlc provider. Better to do it this month than next when they'll probably be swamped with all the normal New Year's diet resolution people.

After Christmas I'm going to spend some time looking for another tracking site that feels more like Nutritionix (they're probably never coming back online). I'd bet I'm eating probably 100% more carbs than my doctor wants me to eat. The ulcer still hasn't let up so that is going to require a visit or a request to see a gastro doc.

QOTD: No, I'm in full panic mode. Only 1 gift wrapped but without a tag or bow. Still have one gift that requires a heavy amount of hand stitching and did manage to finish three others. Just started thawing the turkey and need to plan for all the sides for the 25th, all with no holiday spirit. And I'm feeling so guilty not visiting my friend every day, the decision was made to send her to Hospice House to die; she moves there tomorrow. Mom died in December, Dad's birthday was this month...it is already a really hard month but we all just have to keep putting one foot in front of the other you know?

B: ho****er

L: a Premiere One shake heated with a cup of Pero and sweetener.

D: Costco rotiss. chicken, 1/2 cup ff cottage cheese.

S: 10 grapes or a tangerine and sf chocolate in the evening. Bad intake but keepin' it real.

We're going to have another wet, brown Christmas. I feel sorry for the grands who long for snow to play in and to go skiing.

Break time is over, I've got to get back to my little Sweat Shop. lol

Hope your day was productive and not stressful, here comes Christmas or Yuletide if you celebrate. Or a meaningful Zose Hannuakah.
