Nothin 2 eat today or yesterday but could keep diet snapple down ( sorta) did a bunch of middle of th nite pukin too. Laundry n bath time then calling 911.
Craving beans of all things - n hav both roasted corn n black bean salads in th fridge. Suppose it cant hurt 2 try a spoonful ... nor order more ff milk n toilet paper from Amazon .

'Rents n I are having a late Thanksgiving ( organic roasted chestnut n fresh homegrown herb n baby leek stuffed small chicken when I fly 2 Florida - its also my birthday and after setting up th full sized pre lit Christmas tree ( Mum and I hav boxes full of German glass ornaments 2 add )
Im receiving a present !!! Theres this amazing designer store in the mall ... luxe hippie clothes. Last year Mum bought me a 2 piece silk slip lined cut silk velvet transparent gorgeous bright navy dress on sale ... Id love something patterned now. Mebbe a beautiful silk top 2 wear w jeans:)
Dad even agreed 2 go shopping w us too ( no doubt hell faint from sticker shock ) but we told him we wanted a mans opinion :)
Mebbe being an ocean away has helped .. or maybe hes finally ( in his mid nineties !) matured but I suddenly dont feel sideeyed by him . Hes always looked at me and treated m with totally inexplicable furiousness hatred even and a total lack of generosity.
Yet when I told him my utter fear of being examined ( and sentenced ) in th hospital he understood and said there were things wrong w him too and yet hes still here.
I wish I had more courage to go put my head in the noose. I also very much wish I could eat more than ff milk wout getting really really sick.
Happy Friday Gang!! The outage is almost over the boiler will be getting lit in a few hours. We are almost 12 hours ahead of schedule and it looks like some of guys will not have to work the weekend which is a good thing. I have to go with a co-worker to pick up the turkeys for everyone and also hand out a $50 gift card. Other than that, not much going on today.
Not sure what the weekend has in store. I know tomorrow morning it is going to rain then turn sunny and in the 50's which is nice since it's been in the low 40's all week. I can't believe Thanksgiving is next week. This year has flown by.
QOTD: What's everyone's plans for the rest of 2025? I have a bunch of small projects that I am wanting to get finished. I'm also working on getting rid of more stuff that I just don't use anymore. I might set up a table tomorrow on the front lawn of free stuff for people who may need something. Household stuff and clothes.

Root canals r jes temporary fixes not forever things . But they are good 4 a couple of years ... dont worry.
Throw a crown on that tooth in 2 yrs and Ull b good 2 go ( the issue is no blood circulation equals a dead n fragile tooth which WILL eventually start breaking but dont worry about that now tho )
Yes one of my endless stoopid NYC jobs ( it costs a LOT 2 survive here) was managing a great pioneering inplant dentists office in Rockefeller Center NYC .
My experience makes m the worst dental patient lol... like a doctor ! Dont even TRY to suggest pulling a tooth or anything remotely invasive 2 m!
Gosh I wish I worked where U work ... every week its another amazing menu !
Good Friday-Eve Gang. Sorry I didn't start the thread yesterday. I was off work and OH was not being friendly and I couldn't get it to post. I gave up after 5 times as I had to get to the dentist for a root canal. That was so much fun, not. At least I think it went well as so far, I don't have any cold or hot sensitivity. I've yet to chew on that side since my jaw is still sore.
The outage is still going well and ahead of schedule. Now to just catch up on stuff from yesterday.
QOTD: Who here have had a root canal done? This is my second one and the first one wasn't done correctly years ago and I ended up having to have the tooth pulled. Crossing fingers, it continues to be OK.

- car can stay parked till tomorrow n Monday or mebbe I can find a Tues... Thurs space even better.
- trying 2 drink fresh fruit juice ( pomegranate/ cherry) and swallow all vites in preparation
turns out hospital cn park car f free long as im there .
b- 5 dried mango slices , candied ginger ff milk
also realized why I cant eat fat - Ive had diarrhea for three days n nites straight jes from eating lowfat cheese ( admittedly a lot of it 
)
My malapsortion still werks amazingly after all these years ... but I hav 2 take it easy on my digestive system . Yesterday I ate ribs n plaintains ... no wonder im livin on th toilet lol...
