I love the way new paint looks and feels. Have to hire someone now but used to do my own. Back in the 80s I used to do a lot of wallpaper too.. Good luck with that weather forecasf. Sounds brutal.

Good morning, everybody!

I was remiss, because I forgot to tell everybody that Bai Water is on sale for $13.99 a case at GFS, if you have a location in your neighborhood.

I skipped swimming this morning, because I am still getting back in the swing of things after being on vacation last week. Hopefully, I will make it back on Friday morning. I did go to CrossFit and will go again today.

QOTD: in general, yes. I'm not super talented at any of it, but I can do some things.

Breakfast: bagel

Lunch: hamburger

Dinner: Pasta

Have a great day, all!

Good Wednesday Morning Gang. The clean sweep went well, but I still have some painting touchups that need to be done. I've gotten everything set and ready to go but wanted to pop in to get the thread started.

We are supposed to have a crazy Nor'Easter tomorrow with heavy rain and winds around 40mph. I'm glad I've waited to plant most of my veggies. The few things that are out are in big pots and should be fine.

QOTD: Do you like DIY projects like painting, or tiling? I'm not the best painter, but I am having fun painting here at work. Once we are done I'll post some before and after pictures.

B: coffee and breakfast wrap

L: leftovers from yesterday's catering

D: Salad with egg salad on top

30 minutes on the treadmill

Have a wonderful day everyone!!!!

I woke up in the middle of the h night which at burst of energy av almost felt like electricity going through my body. Then fell asleep until almost 8. My sister was driving to pick me up and called to tell me her car was just hit NY a deer. She is ok but the car is not. Currently sitting off the highway waiting for state patrol.

She was driving a 2018 Ford Fusion that I sold to her last year. It has never had as much as a scratch on it. No longer pristine. Definitly changes our day. You make plans but never know exactly what will happen in life.

Busy day ahead here. Randall has an award ceremony this afternoon and my first PT this go around is this morning in a couple of hours. I'm already in a lot of pain so it should be sooooo much fun.

I am super stressed this morning...or anxious...well both. The stuff with my mom and brother & SIL. Then Sunday someone had a tire come off their pick up and hit my SIL's drivers side door. Pretty bad damage. She can't open it from the inside. Of course they didn't stop but the good news is that my niece was in the front yard and wasn't hurt so that's a good outcome. I'm just exhausted. My mom is going to end up getting arrested over her attitude. She's said some pretty mean things to me while I'm trying to stop her from yelling at the neighbors. I hate strokes. I hate what they do to people. Also...my SIL's aunt passed away this last weekend. We don't know when the funeral is but we'll likely have the kids for a few days while they go. It's in mid south Texas. My SIL is dealing with some stuff.

QOTD: I used to have energy. Ha. Maybe when I was a teenager.

B: bagel thin, egg, cheese, Canadian bacon and coffee

L: PP shake and a rice crispy treat mini

D: Not sure we'll be home. Rachel ha a play tonight that I won't be able to go to but my mom is going to. Maybe just some chicken nuggets heated up. We'll see.

Good Tuesday Morning gang. We are getting ready to start our Clean Sweep here at work. There are 5 areas that we are working on and myself with a couple of ladies from corporate will be painting the front reception area and planting flowers in the big pots.

QOTD: Do you ever wake up full of energy because you know you'll be doing something different that day? I woke up this morning full of energy and ready to get things done here at work. We are hoping with all the changes that we get top plant for the reception area. Most of the other plants had already updated that area, but here at Lisbon we had not.

B: coffee

L: Catering spread from Mack's Catering will have all sorts of yummy things.

D: If I'm hungry it will be a salad made with spring mix and other veggies

30 minutes on the treadmill

Have a wonderful day everyone.

Good Evening! I realized late Friday night that I had not had a chance to post and today was the same. It's been busy with a tight payroll turn around but all is good and the days fly that's for sure. Nothing too exciting for the weekend and I'm looking forward to two long weekends coming.

My menu was pretty standard today. Dinner was pork loin and broccoli.

Tomorrow will be busy but I'll try to log on earlier.
