Need Help

So I have hit another stall! I need some help to shake it up again? I am eatin 1000 calories about 100 mg protein alot of water and my carbs around 40 i exercise as well 5 days a week. Any suggestions

Any suggestions Well for me that was too many calories and too many carbs. I did 800 calories per day and NO more than 20-25 carbs. What kind of carbs are you eating? No white carbs. We all had stalls. Do you write down everything you are putting into your body? Sometimes that helps you really figure these things out and to see just what you are eating.
Those are my suggestions.

I dont eat any white carbs at all and I just dropped my calories to 800-900 today and my protein is 100 or more and yes i track every thing
