Haven't been here in a while, not for any other reason than I been living life large and happy.

My daughter and I ran our first 5K together this morning and we feel like true winners.

She is down 110 lbs and I'm down 100 and holding.

For anyone who is on the fence about this....

Thank you, its been quite the ride for both of us but it's now a smooth sailing kind of thing. We have come full circle.
