The Devil called Carb
Oh my god. I had slipped a little and started to snack on a little carb here and a little there. Trying to get back on track the last couple days and the little devil keeps sitting on my shoulder saying "just this once". I keep kicking him out but keeps sneaking in. Wish me luck with this fight. I will win.
Just a little note to all you who think a little is ok the carb craving gets crazy DON'T DO IT.
I love the image of a little devil carb...for me its usually just sugary and salty carbs that are triggers/devlish but when it hits, it gets ugly!

Carbs are essential for brain health, so you don't want a no carb diet. Just be choosey about the kinds of carbs you consume and how many. You don't want to go crazy with them either.

Hi Susan!
Oh..that "carb devil" is a patient little bugger!
He waits for us to let our guard down...even just a little. THEN HE POUNCES!! We feel almost helpless against him..and once he's in... you gotta fight with both fists!
You can do this! You can take him down!! If worse comes to worse...call in PASTOR PROTEIN to do the exorcism! (I know that made no real sense...but it was in me...and I had to let it out)
Go get him girl!!!

That Carb Devil keeps the Protein away! It takes the place in my small tummy that is supposed to be filled by protein! I gain or stall when Carbs enter my diet. Good or Bad with PCOS, I have to stay away from them for now.
Good luck kicking that Devil off your shoulder!
