Sept 4 Exercise Report - What did you do today?
I took it easy today with a 2.3 mile walk that took about 45 minutes. I have been pushing myself lately so instead of taking a complete day off, I just took a long leisurely stroll. I really got to see how bad some of my neighbor's yards are with this drought we are in.

5K - 1st 59:00(9/14) PR 33:45(9/15)
10K - 1:14(10/15) 1/2 - 1st 3/20/16
So only a 1.5 mile run, 5 min walk, 5 min abs, 22 min muscle and 30 min of yoga? I will believe it when you post it.

Walked in the park, walked along the beautiful waterfront promenade in my town, hit the gym and rode the stationary for a couple of miles, a couple of minutes on the stepper, some weight machines, and then the massage chair lol. Topped off my night with a moonlit walk along the waterfront. I walked a total of 5 miles, and put in 2 on the bike. I've only recently gotten my energy back, after a string of health problems, so I'm loving the newfound ability to exercise.
