Sept 11 - Exercise Report - What are you going to do today?

Today is weight day.  I hope to get to the Y for about 1 hour of weights and 1-2 miles on the treadmill.  Yesterday was an off day for me. 

 

However, as another NSV, I did help coach my grandson's baseball practice yesterday.  It was not a lot of moving, but standing up for 2 hours in 97 degree heat would not of happened even just  a few months ago.

I'm doing a muscle step class.  I might do a half hour on a cardio machine as well.  Potentially yoga after work, but I have a date set up.  He lives really far away, so I'm not sure if I should keep it.

busy day today, only have an hour before I have to be back at work today. Maybe a total gym workout.

I did 8 minutes on the elliptcal, after taking yesterday off due to knee pain. I still feel in on regular stairs but not on the elliptical or anywhere else. I could have gone for 9 minutes but I decided not too.

The elliptical always seems easier on my knees than a treadmill.

I did not make it to the Y to do weights.  The yard needed mowing and it is supposed to rain tomorrow and Saturday(hopefully, we need it badly).  So 1 hour of yard work and I did managed to get in a 5K tonight in 56 minutes.
