Welcome home and welcome to the bench. There is so much more room on the bench now that our butts are smaller :).

Enjoy some chicken stock if you have it. It was my key to hydration. I think my sleeve liked the sodium. Hang in there. Just get past the 10 days and you will feel like yourself again.
