Hello All!  Happy Friday!  Roz, I have to get some of that sf peppermint syrup!  I love mint.  I got a friend from my support group to try the mint cookie protein, and she is so excited about it and loves it... says she was getting bored with her current protein.  We all need to switch things up every once in a while!

Went to the chiropractor for the first time in my life yesterday.  What a mess my back is.  My arms keep falling asleep.  Anyway, it's getting taken care of.
