3 yr check up a no go!

Instead I ended up at urgent care with severe muscle spasms in my neck. Just let me say I would have rather faced the music of a little weight gain than what I am experiencing right now. Slept wrong or something put fibromyalgia into a fit! Now on muscle relaxers and a dose of prednisone. Not fun way to start thanksgiving. This too will pass! 3year check up postponed until Dec10.

Nothing tastes as good as this feels!
