Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!    Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with good choices during the Honeymoon Period!!!!!

The girls at work have started bringing in Christmas snacks.  I've done pretty good so far but decided today to try a couple of the Coated Peacans someone brought in.  NOT a good choice!!  Only 2 and I'm dumping.  I would love to know the stats on them.

The nuts sound interesting.  I've overdone honey roast cashews and am really off them.  I can't even pretend that peanut M&Ms are DS health food coz the chocolate is made with milk powder and that'd bloat me big time so that's probably a good thing I guess.

Another hungry day - I know, how can someone eat so much and be hungry.  I'm going to start adding chicken wings to breakfast #2 in the next few days to see if that helps. ;)

BTW I'm a couple of pounds lighter than my ticker, but I can't get tickerfactory working.  If it doesn't work by the Sunday weigh in I'll change it to SW, CW & GW but I'll give them a few more days.

Sorry, I didn't wish you better (just saw Price's post).  I thought dumping was an intense short lived thing, like 30 mins and assumed you were OK by the time you posted.  I've seen clips of it on youtube and it looks pretty awful - something I had no intention of ever experiencing.  I hope you're OK soon if not already.
