Good Morning!!!!!! The hustle and bustle is over! We had such a great Christmas. I hope you all did too!!!!
DD#1 is at the hospital. She isn't due until Jan. 16th but she is leaking pretty bad so she went up to get checked out.
So glad I didn't take the day off to go shopping today because the snow is coming down fast. We are going to see the Harlem Globetrotters this evening. Hopefully they get the roads cleaned up a little. Fortunately DH isn't scared to drive no matter how bad it gets out.

Didn't go too overboard yesterday.. but hope my husband finishes off the apple pie before I get home.
Eating the last of the SF pudding. Think I'll substitute 1/2 protein bar for my afternoon snack as I'm getting into eating soup for supper while it's cooler and then I don't get enough protein.

My SIL had ham so that kept me out of trouble and for breakfast I was so busy cooking for everyone that I didn't have time.

Looks like you guys are going to get a lot of snow. We're just on the most northern part of it and will only get a few inches of snow.
I tried to eat well yesterday - and stayed out of the sweets and carbs.
B - coffee
L - WW breakfast meal
S - grapes and a few small pieces of ham
D - going out with my daughter and her family
Vits: yes
Water: doing ok
HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"
Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

DH said we already have about 6" on the roads and the roads out our way are closed, He just picked our DD up at the hospital and left her SUV for her hubby to worry about.
We keep hoping they cancel the Globetrotters but I'm sure that is wishful thinking. We paid $50.00 a piece for tickets. We are taking our van because DH doesn't want DD and family driving on these roads with the boys.
It sounds like your plan is carrying over to today...good job!

I actually weighted less this morning than I did yesterday morning. So I guess I did ok yesterday eating. Slow, cold rainy day here. I have the paperwork all ready for staff to sign contracts tonight. Glad we are too far south to get the snow. I don't mind it once and a while, but not when I have anything to do.

Hope DD is doing ok. Y'all be careful out on those roads!! My dad took me to see the Globetrotters when I was about 10 years old. I still remember it.
Well I have done really bad for about 2 weeks now. Today is my back on tract day. I do really good most of the day then blow it at night.
