I'm all the way here and half way there . . .
That was a bit cryptic, wasn't it? As of today, 3 1/2 months out, I'm half way to my goal weight. Big yay for me on that front! Just as important, I'm fully committed to staying connected to this amazing online community I stumbled onto just before my surgery. I was a self pay Mexico patient, so there is no bariatric support for me at home -- but more than I could ever imagine here at OH.
I've spent most of my time in the VSG section, but recently found you folks too. Posting my weight in the weekly thread has been my first foray in, and I'm reading your posts daily. You are such a friendly and supportive group, and I'm glad to have a place to go specifically for those of us with less weight to lose/maintain. We are just a little bit different, and it can be a bit overwhelming to read about the big losses others experience when I don't have somewhere to ground myself, so this is just perfect.
Actually, I rarely focus on how much weight I have to lose or have lost, just on my percentages. I have you guys to thank for that! Have a blessed day, everyone.
