WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Happy Tuesday!!!!! Do you ever think your scales are broken? I'm super happy that mine pretty much always stay the same but I wonder.....is it stuck.

My scales are nuts as I had a 5lb range last week. This is a DS thing though as I used them when I did WW and I either stayed the same or lost a little. It's a mini roller coaster this surgery and I have to not get too upset when the scale's high if I KNOW I've been good. Ho hum... maybe I'll relax a little if I ever see the one 130s - I did think I'd stopped losing 10lbs ago!

You go and when you get creative with the toppings you'll have to share some ideas. I'm gonna try some berries instead of low sugar jelly soon - more expensive, but healthier ;-)

Breakfast: 1/4 cup LF Cottage Cheese & 1/4 cup applesauce 6g
Snack: Hot Protein Blonde 29g
Lunch: 1 cup Greek Yogurt with SF Cherry syrup 23g
Snack: Light Motz. Cheese stick 6g
Dinner: 1/4 cup FF Refried beans & 1/2 plain Greek Yogurt 18g
Snack: IDK most likely something to drink...
Lots of Fluids in and I walked 20 mins this AM before work.
Vits early morning 1 multi 2 hrs later 600 Calcium Citrate

Hi Roz! I went grocery shopping today and bought some goodies to snack on - carrots, apples, etc. Also found chuck roasts 2 for 1... yea! I have a recipe for some mini quiches - and forgot to buy the deli meat. I went to visit the grandkids, and my littlest one decided to projectile puke on me - not just once, but twice - so no trip to the store. It will have to be tomorrow. I want the to be a quick "grab breakfast" thing. I didn't get my protein drink in today either - but I did buy some more low cal swiss miss at the store. I mixed it yesterday with some of my cookies and cream protein - yummmmmm

L - early lunch - the rest of that prime rib sandwich and some sweet potatoe fries - I threw the rest away
S- I've forgotten something here...
D - 2 chicken things (daughter made them - prepackaged) and more sweet potato fries..
S - I may have some popcorn
