Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!    Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!     

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with good choices during the Honeymoon Period!!!!

This my last day until Tuesday.  DD's are going to a competition in Atlanta and I'm watching Grandkids. DD was going to do my hair this evening but I told her she should wait until she gets back next week because I have a feeling that I'm going to get a lot of gray hair this weekend....LOL

Have fun this weekend Roz!!!   We have DGD#1's birthday party Saturday.  I'm off tomorrow to decorate the cake for her party.

Have fun with the grandkids:  Just lounging around after work nursing a cold.  Hopefully I will get over it soon so I can get back to running.

Ooh getting your hair dyed by someone else sounds great.  I do my own and I can't bring myself to stand in the bathroom with nothing on for 15 minutes - it's just too cold (and I run the heating pretty high!!).  Anyway, I hope your grandkids behave ;-)

I just started going to someone to dye my hair - I've always done it myself, but wanted something different.  I spend a lot of money, so it won't be much longer before I start doing it myself again.

meetings all day long, then had to do the billing but DH and I did get out to supper, and brought huge amounts home for another meal.

Just how many grands do you have for the weekend??/ Hope it is fun.
