Thanks for posting the recipe again!
So you use 3 eggs and 3 oz. cream cheese. Does this recipe make one of the whoopie pans? Do you use spray pam? And you said no flipping if I'm remembering right.

Hope you feel better. Last week we saw a lot of people with the flu.
Plan to run a couple miles after work tonight just to get my metabolism moving.
B: apple sauce + protein coffee
S: protein coffee + fiber bar
L: cabbage soup with beef--the last of it. Didn't dread eating it but 4 days is enough
S: protein coffee--keeps my evening appetite in check
D: either soup and yogurt or fish and broccoli depending on how hungry I am.
I'm pretty sure that's what I have. Aching all over and other flu symptoms that I don't want to talk about...ugh.
It's too cold to run in our area. My niece is a runner and she keeps complaining on facebook. It must be hard not to do something that you really love.

We have our regional board meeting tonight along with supper. It is going to be a very long day. I had to take off after lunch and take DGD#2 to the doctor. She had the beginnings of strep 1 1/2 weeks ago and has been on antibiotic and now has a rash and her little hands were swollen. The doctor said it was normal with strep and the antibiotic.

AWE...it's so terrible when they are sick. Your baggie post made me laugh. I never used to have/save left overs and it took me the longest time to figure out there is nothing wrong or embarrassing about taking home your leftovers. It seems like every meal I eat turns into 2 and even 3 sometimes.
