Daughter Update

Here is the latest update on my daughter. We met with the lung surgeon yesterday and he said after discussing her case with the other group of doctors Wednesday they all agreed that the best way to proceed was to do the biopsy of her lung. He said they have to find out exactly what the spots are so they will know what type of treatment she will need. He said they all also agreed that they do not think it is cancer. They feel it is either some type of fungus or Sarcoidosis. Her biopsy is scheduled for 1/3/14. She will be in ICU the first night and hopefully moved to a room the 2nd day. She will be in the hospital for 2-4 days if everything goes good. He said she will be very sore and will not be able to work for at least 2 weeks. Thanks for all the well wishes and prayers, please keep the prayers coming.

Still swinging for the whole family. Horses get sarcoids but on the outside of their bodies, not inside. Hummm. I hope she has a painless holiday then gets this all behind her. Love to you all.
