Between yesterday and today I lost a whopping TWO pounds. Thats simply amazing. This surgery surprises me at the randomest times. Oh yeah and Im getting so pissed about food, last night I ate like 4 slices of this chicken I made and it was great- then I ate ONE slice for lunch and vomitted. It gets FRUSTRATING! Oh well....I am going to my aunts house tomorrow for lunch/dinner because its my grandmothers 68th birthday...my whole family is on weight watchers so they made some meal including dessert that is 10 points...I think its shrimp scampi and diet cake...I dont know what Im going to eat because shrimp sounds so gross right now but we'll see. Maybe I'll just bring something with me to munch on. I want to go though just to socialize- and get compliments! =) Okay well its almost dinner time- later gators!

New Work-Out

So although I love my walking I decided that I needed more to do and some variety so I went to my DVD shelf and dusted off my work-out videos. I came across my all time favoritest ones, the Carmen Electra Striptease Work-out. They are pretty cool and make you feel good about yourself. There isnt any actually taking your clothes off, its mostly just aerobics and dance routines that add some sexiness to them. Ive had them for over two years and Ive done them a few times but I had a lot more fun doing them today. There are 5 DVD's and Im just starting with #1 for now, its warm up routines and then a dance/workout that is pretty low impact and stretches you out even more. 25mins went by wicked fast...and it splits it up into sections so you can go at your own pace. Its a pretty sweet deal. Im trying to find something else to buy since...I won some money playing the lottery last night, not the 150 million jackpot like I wished for but it was something, better than nothing. In the past I spent all my money on food- so hmm maybe I'll buy some cute shoes and new make-up or something haha. OR maybe I'll be a good girl and put it in the bank. =) Yeahh right! Oh yeah and look at my BMI- it's almost under 50!!

I noticed myself slipping this past week, not with bad things but just things I wasnt supposed to be cleared for until my next appointment with Laura. So I decided that Im going to follow everything this week perfectly. Laura didnt say anything to me about watching my carbs but I heard a lot of different things on here from other people. Some say they dont go over 30, some say they are to stay between 30-50...so I just decided Im setting my number at 40. Its hard tho because my fave yogurt has 19 carbs! But...Im keeping track on fitday and having 2 smart-forme's (pineapple-orange YUM!) a day since they were so expensive. Im supposed to keep my protein intake over 60 and Im doing that no problem. My mom isnt being too supportive buying all these girl scout cookies and mini donuts- she NEVER bought that kind of stuff before so I dont know what her issue is but oh well, I dont need that crap. 

Im working out on the tredmill 5 times a week and it feels really good. It gives me a mood boost and makes me feel better physically. This morning I felt like crap and had a major headache but I walked anyway and now my headache is gone. After next week Im going to increase my time until Im doing 30mins/5 day a week. We have the gazelle too but I cant use that until I lose a little bit more, I dont want to break the damn thing haha. Nick's mom works at curves so I can get a free membership. =) Anddd she is a hairdresser and has all the equiptment in her house, thank god. I got it made. Nick also just found a new job thats going to keep his wallet pretty fat in the upcoming spring and all of the summer...not that Im a gold digger or anything lol. 

Ive been feeling better about myself more...Ive been paying attention to the details more, beauty and grooming wise. Im considering taking out my peircings. Ive been giving myself manicures and mini facials- and vitamin E and cocoa butter are my best friends. I broke out earlier this week and its finally starting to go away. 

Im considering and reconsidering school. I guess I dont really have to make a decision until I get a decision letter and I actually am in WITH housing...but its still bothering me. I want to just graduate soon. And I also dont really want to be living in a dorm, I want to get an apartment and a full-time job. And Nick is buying me a new puppy and I wont be able to have it with me at school. But Im not going to let a puppy chose my future, we'll see. I have no freakin clue. Okayyy thats my update....laterrr ppl.

I havent thrown up the past couple of days, my period is taking mercy on me and slowing down, I've lost another 2lbs, it feels great on the tredmill, anddddddd my biggest YAY for the day- I think I am officially cured of high blood pressure. I took it 4 times and it has been more normal than ever, well since it was first high when I was 12!!!

Im still anti-social with everyone except my boyfriend, don't know why that is- he is nothing special haha...but I walked on the tredmill again today (definite mood boost), have been taking my pills/vitamins, and Im still using fitday. I hope this stall is over soon. I figured it out though and Ive been losing 6lbs a week on average so I cant complain at all. Hopefully this will break soon, its bound to. Also Ive given up cheese all together for the week. Im taking Senna-S twice a day too. Not sure about the caffiene content in crystal-light ice tea but I need to figure it out soon because Im drinking like a half a gallon a day. Oh man. Ummm havent heard from any of my girls lately, but there isnt anything I can do about that- people get busy I suppose. My dog is lazy as hell- Ive never noticed how lazy this little pup is but I guess since Im moving around more its more noticeable. Oh yea and I better start losing weight soon because I already have my whole summer booked up with plans. =) Okay thats about it.  CIAO! <3

Im not losing weight, Ive had my period for two weeks, I dont go to the bathroom, and Im crabby. I dont really want to do anything and Im not really interested in anyone right now. Plus side- I did have a pleasant St. Valentine's Day with Nick.... I started using fitday.com and walking on the tredmill. I also made an appointment with my GYN to get this period stuff under control. Andd all my application stuff is in for school and its out of my hands now. Im going to keep plugging along with the pills and tredmill and hopefully the pounds will start falling off. 

I AM NOT WEIGHING MYSELF UNTIL NEXT WEDNESDAY! (lol now lets see if I stick to that)

*plateau buster diet*

 1. Do this for 10 days to break a plateau.

I talked to Dr. Arcands nurse today and now Im supposed to be taking two colace every single day AND milk of magnesia...great.
