I know it is suggested that you take Vitamin C with your Iron but how much vitamin?  I see pills that are 500 or 1000 etc.   I am pre-op at the moment and cannot use the chewable Vitamin C.  Anyone have an idea?

My question relates to blood work.  When I did my first round of blood work my Hemoglobin (109), Hematocrit (0.35),MCH (24.2) and MCHC (312) were in the Low range not crazy low but low enough.  My Iron was okay, Ferritin was Low and B-12 was okay and v

Is it normal to have the surgeon appointment before the trio appointments at Humber?  I meet with Dr. Hagan at the end of the month and then the other 3 in February.  It seems unclear here whether or not this is standard practice.
