I only lost 3.8 pounds in 8 days. I was not drinking enough, and eating enough.

I keep pressing . I have NOT cheated.

Been kinda moody.

Well My surgery is 1 week from tommorrow.

I have done really well physically on my preopt diet so far. I thought I would be more tired but I haven't.

I have been keeping myself busy.

Well my surgery date is December 23rd. I was upset that it was 2 days before X- mas. I am hoping I am out by Christmas. I can't wait.

I am scared but I know God will be with me.
