I have just started my 3 month program required by insurance and surgeon
. This liver reduction diet stinks lol! I became a vegan a month ago, and now with the LRD I can't have half the things I COULD eat! AGH!!! I am scared, ashamed, and ecstatic about this opportunity. I hope there will be no problem with the approval process in the end!
