Wanted to thank all those who forwarded the great OPTI recipe ideas, they helped a great deal!  I couldn't get 4 shakes down a day so what I was doing as per another fellow OB was take the 4th packet and divide it

Picked up my OPTI from Dr Hagen's office yesterday and glad I made that decision.  Was contemplating trying the COSTCO shakes but after thinking about it carefully I chose to go with what the DR recommended, he is after all the doctor and would know wh
