The SCALES MOVED

I was so "HAPPY" this morning I decided to weigh even though the scales haven't moved in almost 2 wks. & to my surprise I weighed 205.0. I have 12 basement steps I had to go up & down them about 15 times yesterday (I really did) because we r actually getting rid of stuff after so many years. We moved here 3yrs. ago & moved the junk with us, anyway it helped move those numbers down on the scale. I think I'll run up & down them today. ONLY 6 lbs. away from being under 200....
