First week clear liquid diet

So I am new to this, this is my first post here. I had my surgery 6 days ago. I had my RNY at Fresno Heart and Surgical Hospital. It was more like a hotel then a hospital. It was very nice, good nurses, no complaints. I am so surprised and thankful that my surgery was laproscopic and wasn't open.My surgeon is the best. I haven't been hungry the only things that have been bothering me are I have been dizzy, had an upset stomach and had a headache for 2 days. i guess that's from not eating or maybe not enough water. Its hard getting enough fluids down.Its been weird, I haven't taken any insulin for a week! that's crazy I usually take massive doses of insulin many times a day!I go to my doctor tomorrow for my post op and to see how much Ive lost! Maybe he will advance my diet.
