Hi everyone!

It's been almost 3 years since I last posted (I think).  Well, I haven't kept the weight off.  It's been a struggle.  A new relationship, a new state.....It's been an up and downhill battle.  I moved to NYC in April 2012 and I'm still here.  I haven't been eating properly, taking vitamins, or exercising.  It has resulted in a weight gain of 30 lbs.  I've finally decided to find a doctor here to see (after a chest pain scare last week) and I'm in the process of getting my chart shipped to her so that I can get follow-up help.  I am ashamed to say but I think that Dr. Chasen would be highly disappointed in me.  But "We fall down - But We get up".  The failure is not in falling; it's not getting up again.  

The little things that meant so much in the beginning of my weight lost have passed me by.  So, I must begin anew.  Wish me luck!
