OK, this is the point where a person is supposed to be paniking, but apparently, I have had more problems thinking about going to the denstist to be honest.  I am not feeling much of anything at the moment, which is likley a good thing.

I did remind myself over the past few hours why I am doing this...one look at my post pictures, front and side view, jolts everthing back into perspective - FAST!

I feel at peace, calm and not worried.

Wow, well...after much mental debate, the time has come to fix this long term fat problem with a long term solution. Following my surgery on Wednesday, then the change begins to reduced possibilities of health problems for me.

Over the past three decades the weight has crept on.  I learned several years ago I had Hypothroydism (great), and I am on a high dosage of synthroid (200mcg).  Has not done a thing for me as far as I know, certainly no weight loss anyway.

Right, its time to stop messing around and get to it.  I want to keep y'all informed how its going for me.  I hope it helps someone with their own decisions.  I am a mechanical engineer by trade, so I will be positing the analytical details both good and bad.
