Weight loss surgery seminar

Dec 16, 2008Today I had to attend a four hour seminar on WLS. One of the steps that my Doctor requires of all his patients. Small requirement for such a great thing. I have a preop diet to do two weeks before surgery. My wife is part of my support group. So to help me she is going to do the diet also. So until later.
