Whatcha wanna know? Hellooo (((insert name here))) So your curious about me huh? My names Peggy I'm 32 yrs old, 5'5" 510 lbs highest weight... This is my journey to find LIFE... I'm tired of existing in the shadows... join me as i find my way out of the darkness an hopefully into the bright new future we all deserve! this is my quest to regain my Independence an control of my life.. so i can stop depending on someone else for my daily needs.. Losing weight in 09' to be happy, healthy & 'thinn'er in 10' what u see is basically not what u get..I'm more than meets the eyes.. I'm really down to earth.. i love to chat an have fun on line..I'm Poetic, Romantic, Loyal, Trustworthy, a Daydreamer, an old soul with a young mind.. very open minded.. but still have old school values. i enjoy writing, Reading, swimming, cruising, sitting out by a nice Bonfire(been yrs tho) hmm what else.. watching movies, playing video games Pogo & ZELDA... listen to music constantly.. without music... i don't know what i would do... unless I'm outdoors.. birds, crickets, streams, oceans, nature makes its own music.. i hate complete silence.. laundry list of medical problems..sleep apnea, diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, hypo-thyroid, gall stones, kidney disease, pcos, joint pain shoulder, knees, lower back..clinically severely depressed with social anxiety... I've been over weight all of my life.. I've been dieting since i was 9yrs old ...lowest i can remember weighing is 215 an i was 10yrs old...it was a weigh in day at school.. was horrific they made us all line up an get weighed an would shout our weight to the teacher across the room in front of everyone.. lets just say.. i Will never forget that day.. I'm practically home bound, at least 90% of the time. So I'm looking for a place to socialize with people who can understand where I'm coming from.. i have completed my 6month pre-op program at Geisinger medical center in Danville, pa... hoping to get scheduled for gastric bypass surgery ASAP.. so for now that's my story.. will add more as i go along.. hope to get to know all of you an hopefully gain some friends along the way! I see weight as a cocoon, it has secluded the person within..

I had my surgery 2-23-09 so far *knock on Wood* no complications only gotten sick a few times.. dunno if that's a good thing or not.. since even tho I'm still on a restricted diet i have no problem with any foods I'm allowed... eggs were tough on my "tiny tummy" at first but are great now... i just eat slow an a lil at a time.. til I'm full.. love that feeling being full an not being hungry all the time.. its amazing... so Happy to no longer be dieting.. i just make healthier choices.. or should i say do exactly what docs tell me.. since for the first time in my life its actually working..

Lets see... so much has changed since last summer... im a lil over 4 months post-op...im doing great in my weightloss journey.. down a total of 117 lbs as of today... it goes up an down more then a lounge lizard at a truck stop... *behaves* anyhow... i've lost o many inches i cant keep count.. im down to a 2/3x shirt, 26/28 pants womens.. from 5X shirts 6x pants mens.. yes i was so huge i couldnt wear womens clothes.. at one point or at least i couldnt find any that fit.. im able to eat pretty near anything.. i can say that tho... because i dont eat unhealty food anymore... havent tried it.. dont plan too... i eat whats on my allowed list.. an barely ever want that.. so im safe for now..its so fun being able to try on new clothes... was bitter sweet giving away all my old stuff tho.. im content in my love life... it will get better.... all things in time... im off all but one med.. have a check up 7-21-09... will have labs then hopefully all is well... im still having trouble getting around somedays.. but im working on it.. i wont give up.. if u want to know anything else dont hesitate to msg me...
