Just Checking In

Not too much going on, just wanted to add a post to check-in.  I've passed the 60 pound mark and am now "un-officially" up to 62 pounds.  I say un-officially because I use my doctor's scale as my official weight.  A few days ago I hopped into the pool for some laps for the first time in almost a year. Brittney and I did 1,000 yards. Not bad at all.  I still would like to try and do a triathlon. Its been a goal I've been wanting to do for years.  So I'm going to slowly try to go to spin class at the gym once a week and also swim once a week.  That means that I'll be adding 2 additional workouts during the week since these will be in the evenings. 

This sounds kind of crazy, but I'm brainstorming ways to add a few extra calories during my day.  I'm still under 900 a day, which is fine, I'm just concerned that my body might get pissed and stop losing weight and burning fat.  I don't want my fitness goals to hit a plateau but to keep moving.  I'm still one of the weaker people in the fitness and bootcamp classes so there is definite room for improvement.  On a positive note, I can definitely tell that my back rolls have gotten visibly smaller just by looking at them! :-p
