NO LONGER CONSIDERED OBESE!!

In May I started getting my body fat percentage measured at Maxx Muscle every 2 months, which is something that I should had started in January! Well as of today I am no longer considered obese. Below are my results for the measurements.May 15th: Weight 225, body fat 40.6%, 11 lbs of essential fat (good), 19 lbs of reserve (good), and 61 lbs of excess (risky)
July 12th: Weight 207, body fat 33.4%, 11 lbs of essential, 19 lbs of reserve, and 39 lbs of excess (still risky)
September 26th: Weight 190 lbs, body fat 29.4%, 11 lbs of essential, 19 lbs of reserve, and 26 lbs of excess (risky)
30% of considered obese for body fat, and healthy body fat for women is 25-31%, so I'm good shape!
Other news, I finished my triathlon season on September 18th with a race at Dewey Beach. Shortly thereafter i decided to register for the Richmond Half Marathon. Whew! I just started training this past week. I ran a 10k race yesterday and at mile 4.5 I started loosing stem, so I'll need to play around with my nutrition before and during the run.
